1. To begin placing an order, buyers must specify the items they wish to order;
  2. Buyers can select products from our catalog by specifying the item code, size, and design. If buyers have custom or personalization options, they can note the desired details and share them with us via email or phone, which we will then discuss with our team and craftsmen. We are always open to any suggestions and advice from buyers to achieve the best possible results;
  3. Buyers must clearly specify the order quantity, whether in pieces, units, or volume (e.g., in packs, sets, or specific sizes). Some handicraft products may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
  4. Buyers must provide accurate shipping information, including:
    • Recipient’s full name;
    • Complete shipping address (including postal code);
    • Contact email address and telephone number;
    • Shipping preferences (e.g., specific expedition or courier service). We also partner with the Korman Group for our buyers’ logistics needs, facilitating the handling of goods from our warehouse to their delivery.
  5. Buyers are expected to communicate with the seller (e.g., via email, phone, or online chat) if they have further questions about the product, order status, or special requests. Clear communication between both parties is crucial for a smooth ordering process.
  6. Orders will be processed immediately once the buyer has issued a Purchase Order with a 50% advance payment. If the buyer cancels during the production process, the 50% payment is non-refundable. We only accept 50% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due once the goods are completed and ready to be shipped to the buyer.
  7. Our production lead time ranges from 30 to 60 days from the date the Purchase Order is issued, depending on the product ordered, the quantity ordered, the complexity of the product, and available resources. If the desired product has limited availability or is a custom order, the buyer may need to wait for production or order the item in advance.
  8. Products ordered will undergo a quality inspection before shipment. We are also happy for buyers to appoint an agent to inspect the quality of our products before shipment. Buyers can request a replacement for the ordered product if it does not meet quality standards before it is ready for shipment. Once the item is packed and ready to ship, the buyer cannot request a replacement.
  9. Shipments will be made after the work is completed within 30 to 60 days, and may be faster, depending on the item/product, the quantity ordered, the level of complexity of the work, and the available resources for each item/product.
  10. Shipments can be made by sea or air, depending on the order quantity, the lower freight rate, or an agreement reached between the seller and the buyer.
  11. The seller is not responsible for regulatory policies in the destination country if it turns out that our product is not allowed to enter the destination country. The seller assumes that the buyer is familiar with the regulations regarding our import goods in the buyer’s country. All matters related to this are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer can discuss with the seller what documents must be completed to ensure compliance with regulations in the buyer’s country. We will be happy to assist you in completing the necessary documents to prepare for regulations in your country, so that the goods can arrive in the buyer’s destination country.
  12. The seller is responsible for the goods from production until they are ready to be shipped by air or sea. Damage or loss during sea/air shipment is not the seller’s responsibility. If insurance is required for the ordered goods, the buyer shall bear the costs;
  13. In the event of force majeure, the seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts or omissions of the buyer, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, strikes, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riots, acts of terrorism, transportation delays, or transportation embargoes;
  14. Any other matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions may be discussed with us or agreed upon by both parties, subject to and binding upon the regulations of the seller’s country.
